Features of PVDF Venturi Injector : Double Venturi tachometer is a flow measurement method for large diameter flue gas pipelines in power plants. The differential pressure feeling element that measures the flow rate of large diameter pipe. Technical requirement:

(1) Applicable industrial pipe: nominal diameter of circular section pipe: DN=500~4000mm circular section pipe: W H=600600~36003600mm and rectangular pipe of different width and height.

(2) Nominal pressure: PN≤6.4MPa.

(3) Operating temperature: less than 400℃ (higher than 400℃, indicated when ordering) .

(4) Differential pressure value: 0~1.0,1.6,2.5,4., 6.3,10,16,25 and 40KPa. 

(5) Repeatability error: ± 0.5% (6) Stability: ± 10Pa. 

(7) Accuracy level: level 0.5, level 1, level 1.5, level 2. 

(8) Sensor receiver size: welded steel pipe G3 / 4, M201.5 or 1 / 2NPT. 

(9) Measurement medium, metallurgy: blast furnace gas, cold air, combustion support air, flue gas, recycled gas, mixed gas.

Power: primary wind, secondary wind, coal wind, etc.

Chemical industry: corrosive gases, air, and other media.
