Installation test pressure:
1. Before installation, first check the model, specification of the corrugated Rubber Compensator expansion section and the support configuration of the pipe must be composite design requirements.
2. For the expansion section with the lining cylinder, attention should be paid to make the direction of the lining cylinder consistent with the flow direction of the medium (installed according to the flow direction mark of the expansion section). The hinge rotation screen of the plane angular expansion section shall be consistent with the displacement plane.
3. For the "cold and tight" expansion section, the auxiliary components used for the pre-deformation should be removed after the pre-deformation of the expansion section.
4. After the installation of the pipe line, the auxiliary positioning mechanism and fasteners used on the expansion section for the installation and transportation protection should be immediately removed, and the limit device should be adjusted to the specified position according to the design requirements, so that the pipe line can be fully compensated in the environmental conditions.
5. In addition to the pre-pull pressure or "cold and tight" pre-deformation required by the design, it is strictly prohibited to use the bellows deformation method to adjust the installation deviation of the pipe, so as not to affect the normal function of the expansion section, otherwise it will reduce its service life and the load of the pipe line and equipment and supporting components is increased.
6. All active elements of the expansion section shall not be stuck by external components or restrict the normal movement of their moving parts.
7. No welding slag is allowed to splash on the surface of the group pipe and cause other mechanical damage to the bellows during installation.
8. For the expansion joint used for the gas medium and the connecting pipe, consider whether it is necessary to add a temporary support for the takeover pipe of the expansion joint to carry the load.
9. Hydrostatic test water must be pure and noncorrosive, and control the content of chloride ion in the water should not exceed 25ppm. After the hydrostatic test, the water in the bellows should be drained as soon as possible, and the inner surface of the wave shell should be blown dry quickly.
10. The pipeline is better for neutral. When there is no other method to ensure, the straight pipe laying after cutting down the equal length pipe and then installing the expansion section can be used to ensure.
11. It should be noted that the expansion section does not absorb the torque, so the expansion section is not allowed to be twisted when the expansion section is installed.
12. All active elements of the expansion section shall not be stuck by external components or restrict the normal operation of their active parts.
13. The insulation layer should be made on the protective sleeve outside the expansion section, and not directly on the bellows. Thermal insulation materials containing chlorine shall not be used.
14. The welding slag is not allowed to splash on the surface of the bellows and cause other mechanical damage to the bellows during the installation process.
15. The support must meet the design requirements. It is strictly prohibited to test the pressure in the pipeline before the support is not installed, so as not to break the expansion section.
16. The expansion section shall not exceed 1.5 times the nominal system pressure test.
17. During the operation of the pipeline equipped with the expansion section, the valve should be opened and closed gradually, so as to avoid sharp changes in the temperature and pressure in the pipeline and cause damage to the support or the expansion section.
