Fixed ball valve: The ball of the ball valve is fixed and does not move after pressure. The fixed ball valves are equipped with floating valve seats. After receiving the medium pressure, the Plastic Ball Valve seat moves and pushes the sealing ring on the sphere to ensure the sealing. Usually installed in the upper and lower shaft bearing, operating a small torque, suitable for high pressure and large caliber valves. In order to reduce the operating torque of the 2PC Threaded Stainless Steel Ball Valve and increase the reliability of the sealing, the oil sealing ball valve appeared, including the special lubricating oil, to form a layer of oil film, which enhances the sealing, and reduces the operating torque, more suitable for high pressure large diameter ball valve.
Elastic ball valve: The sphere of the ball valve is elastic. The sphere and the valve seat sealing ring are made of metal material, the sealing specific pressure is very large, relying on the pressure of the medium itself has not reached the requirements of sealing, the external force must be applied. This valve is suitable for high temperature and high pressure media. An elastic sphere opens an elastic groove at the lower end of the inner wall of the sphere and obtains elasticity. When closing the channel, use the wedge head of the stem to open the sphere with the seat pressure to reach the seal. Release the wedge head before turning the sphere, and the sphere returns to its original shape, creating a small gap between the sphere and the valve seat, and reducing the friction and operating torque of the sealing surface.
The ball valve can be divided into straight-through, three-pass and right-angle type. The three-way ball valves are of T type and L type. T can make three orthogonal pipelines to connect and cut off the third channel, play the role of diversion and confluence. The L type can only connect two pipelines orthogonal to each other, and cannot maintain the third pipe at the same time, but only assigns.

Usage method:
1) Ensure that the line and valve have been washed before operation.
2) The valve rotates the valve rod according to the actuator input signal: the valve closes at 1 / 4 turn (900). Open on reverse rotation 1 / 4 lap (900).
3) When the actuator direction indicates that the arrow is parallel to the pipeline, the valve is open; when the indicating arrow is perpendicular to the pipeline, the valve is closed.
